Andréa joins CareerCentral from Right Management, where her ten-year tenure included positions as Senior Vice President for Career Management and Senior Organizational Consultant.
Highly effective in assisting individuals to recognize how their unique qualities and contributions add to the richness of an organization, Andréa has coached professionals in various industries and functional backgrounds. She is particularly adept at delivering innovative workshops that challenge the participants to master critical leadership skills. Andréa has experience working with the corporate, non-profit, and academic communities, having created and directed programs at Columbia Business School, where she served as Director of Minority and Multicultural Affairs; KPMG Peat Marwick, where she was National Director, University Relations; Bain & Company and Xavier University of Louisiana. At Columbia University, she infused diversity at all levels of administration, faculty, students and alumni, all within two years of pioneering a highly interactive information and resource center committed to enacting inclusiveness.
A leader in the field of diversity innovation, Andréa has been profiled by media outlets ranging from Black Enterprise Magazine to CBS Marketwatch and has served as panel moderator for the Women of Power Summit national conference sponsored by Black Enterprise Magazine and State Farm.
An accomplished musician, Andréa holds graduate and undergraduate degrees from Boston University and Oberlin College. She resides in Newark, New Jersey.

As a senior HR professional in the corporate environment, Diane designed and implemented global staffing programs, workforce plans and interviewing skills programs, for internal domestic and international clients at Andersen Consulting Digital Equipment and Hoffmann-La Roche, and provided HR services to Financial Services, Engineering, Scientific and Information Technology business units.
Leveraging her valuable experiences in corporate talent acquisition, Diane shares market-focused insights with individuals and corporate groups to support their varied career choices. Diane's unique perspectives borne from her stints as an external recruiter and as a corporate hiring professional assure that each of her clients is thoroughly prepared to effectively manage their job search.
Diane holds a Master's degree in Industrial Relations from Rutgers University and a BS in Marketing from Rochester Institute of Technology. Deb's strength in understanding the essence of an individual's unique brand allowed her to successfully satisfy her clients' talent needs. To ensure long-term career success, Deb works with newly hired individuals on assimilation to their new role/team and smooth integration to the overall organization.
On the client side, Deb functions as a strategic HR business partner consulting on topics such as succession planning and organizational design. She has been engaged to provide leadership coaching both for performance and development to individuals and entire teams. Her work with many high potential performers resulted in their exceeding company goals. During her tenure as Human Resources Consultant for Aetna Information Technology, Deb developed, certified and facilitated a program which enhanced the organization's ability to become a less hierarchical, more self-empowered company.

Career Centered Coaching is a natural extension of VC Pharma Consulting, which she founded in 2005 with a mission to work with Pharmaceutical Industry leaders to identify and support goals and communications, to bring science to the marketplace.
Vicki specializes in coaching individuals who are re-entering the work force, those in transition and those with a strong desire for a new career or to energize a current one. Vicki's unique approach to coaching helps one prepare for success through connections, knowledge and passion.
During her career at Schering Corporation, Vicki bridged communications between research, clinical and marketing to review, implement and negotiate new products. Her last corporate role prior to becoming an entrepreneur was as Senior Director for Business Licensing.
Vicki's coaching expertise has been honed through training she received at the Special Projects Consulting and Coachville organizations. Vicki graduated with High Honors from Pennsylvania State University and earned a PhD in pharmacology from Oklahoma University Health Science Center. Vicki did a post doctorate in the psychiatry and psychobiology departments at Harvard Medical School.
Vicki actively volunteers with the Healthcare Businesswomen's Association (HBA), currently serving as Director of Volunteers. Mentoring is an activity in which she takes great pride, performing the service for the HBA and the licensing Executive Society, where she is also an active member. Vicki has membership in numerous scientific organizations where she has contributed over 100 publications in scientific journals on behavior and the workings of the brain.
Vicki lives in Basking Ridge, NJ with her son, who is attending college. Her personal passions include writing, observing nature and kayaking at the Great Swamp National Forest.

As a Senior Human Resources professional for organizations such as Novartis, Biovail, Pharmacia/Pfizer, Boston Scientific and Silicon Graphics, Jennifer has honed her coaching skills with numerous C-Suite level executives, as well as their leadership teams. Throughout her corporate career Jennifer has developed the following areas of expertise: organization effectiveness, leadership, employee and team development, employee engagement, performance and talent management, merger/acquisition/culture initiatives and group facilitation and training. Jennifer's leadership breadth spans from the design and implementation of customized HR solutions in a corporate setting to leading a mid-size company Òstart-upÓ HR organization. Francis Rode
Francis Rode began coaching executives while working on large reengineering projects in the US and Europe as a management consultant. He served as Chief HR Officer for an insurance company reporting directly to the CEO. In this capacity, Francis coached numerous executives including the CEO, his peers and direct reports.

After the company was acquired, Francis joined a global Human Resources consulting firm, as senior vice president of career transition services. Francis has extensive experience coaching C-suite executives, especially in the financial services, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications and non-profit industries.
Francis began his career with a New York City money center commercial bank selling products and services. Next he joined a global management consulting company that worked with Global 1000 companies. In this endeavor, his specialty was organizational effectiveness and implementation efficiencies working with individuals and groups. Francis joined a national property and casualty insurance carrier where he successfully led its company-wide cultural change initiative.
Most recently Francis launched PeopleScope, LLC, a consulting organization supporting companies and individuals as an organizational effectiveness consultant, leadership coach and career counselor.
Francis earned his MA in Psychoanalysis from the Academy of Clinical and Applied Psychoanalysis, Centenary College, his MBA in Finance from Columbia University Graduate School of Business and his undergraduate degree with honors in Economics from Drew University. He has served on the Boards of six insurance companies and one school of psychoanalysis. Francis was President and CEO of Crum&Forster Solutions for Business which provided a variety of support services to the clients of insurance agents. Francis is a member of the American Counseling Association, the National Association for the Advancement of Psychoanalysis and the Society of Modern Psychoanalysts.
Linda Trignano
Linda has spent more than 22 years facilitating workshops and coaching both teams and individuals. As a career coach, she has helped her clients identify their career goals and develop strategies to land their ideal job. Utilizing her expertise and knowledge as a former corporate recruiter with AT&T, she understands what employers are looking for in a candidate. One area of specialty for Linda is preparing her clients to excel in the job interview.

The DiSC® assessment is an extremely valuable tool in understanding an individual's communication style. Through DiSC® workshops, Linda has been effective in helping participants adapt their communications styles to achieve desired outcomes.
Linda is a member of the American Society of Training & Development, the Advisory boards of the American Red Cross of Bergen County Executive HR, and the Career Networking Group of NJ, and a member of the NJ Association of Women Business Owners (NJAWBO). Founder of HR Performance Solutions, Linda is also a certified corporate recruiter and trainer.
