Julie B. Kampf

With a passion for diversity and mentoring, Julie Kampf has established CareerCentral, a career consulting firm dedicated to providing both individuals and companies comprehensive tools that are critical to discovering, empowering and developing their talents. CareerCentral is Julie's third entrepreneurial venture as she builds a full range of services that sets new standards for talent management.

Julie launched her first company, JBK Associates, in 2003 to create a search firm that shows deep respect for clients, candidates and employees. Among many honors, the firm has been named one of Working Mother magazine's 2008 Best Women-Owned Companies, named 2005 Best New Company by The American Business Awards, and certified as a women-owned business by the prestigious Women's Business Enterprise National Council. Julie founded SummitSearchUS in 2007 to serve the staffing needs of organizations seeking middle-management talent. In recognition of her success, Julie was honored as a Best Entrepreneur by the 2007 Stevie Awards for Women in Business.

Julie's many volunteer activities reflect her commitment to women and diversity. She serves on Howard University's John H. Johnson School of Communications Board of Visitors, is a founding member of the Bergen County (NJ) chapter of Women United in Philanthropy, and is president-elect of the Metro chapter of the Healthcare Businesswomen's Association. She also is a member of the Cosmetic Executive Women and Fashion Group International. She formerly served as a member of the Board of Directors of the International Association of Corporate and Professional Recruitment (IACPR) and of the Girl Scout Council of Bergen County. Julie's philanthropic efforts include raising money for many charities such as Guiding Eyes for the Blind, various aspects of cancer research and The Women's Health and Counseling Center.

Julie earned a BA in Political Science from the University of Rhode Island, where she minored in Marketing. She resides in Bergen County, New Jersey.

Christine Incontro

Christine Incontro is Vice President of Career Services for CareerCentral. Having personally reinvented herself numerous times during her own career, Christine is particularly adept at helping individuals recognize, articulate and market their brand. Her innovation, excellent communication skills and thorough attention to detail provide exceptional customer service to all her clients.

Prior to joining CareerCentral, Christine was a Vice President for Right Management in its career transition practice, where her strategic use of technology to gather targeted market intelligence supported the candidates' diverse career options. As a consultant to professionals making a career transition, she empowered the people she coached with comprehensive market knowledge and personalized marketing strategies.

Christine previously worked as a Human Resources professional in the retail industry for Bloomingdale's, where she held numerous positions in human resources and merchandise information systems. Her responsibilities included administration of the productivity, performance management and timekeeping systems, and she also developed feasibility analyses and cost-outs for ongoing contract negotiations. Her extensive background in merchandise information includes system analysis and design, end user training and support and special research projects for senior management.

A graduate of St. Peter's College in Jersey City, NJ, Christine holds a Bachelor's degree in Education. She resides in Bergen County, New Jersey.
